Backstreets Capital has secured unanimous approval from St. Petersburg’s Development Review Commission for an innovative 18-unit luxury condominium project at Mirror Lake. What makes this development unique is its commitment to preserving a historic 1937 home on the property – marking the developer’s first preservation-integrated project.
The $17 million development at 250 Mirror Lake Drive North will feature a seven-story contemporary building while carefully restoring the existing historic home built by noted local builder Cade Allen.
