Located at 2550 1st Ave. N., the development includes four luxury single-family homes arranged around a central courtyard. Developed by Backstreets Capital in collaboration with architect Tim Clemmons and Place Architecture, Clemmons Court is inspired by Catfiddle Street, an urban infill development in Charleston, South Carolina.
