This historic property is a significant piece of St. Petersburg’s history, reflecting the importance of Mirror Lake to the community. In addition to preserving 250 Mirror Lake Dr., Backstreets Capital will develop an adjacent single-family home with a historic aesthetic inspired by the beautiful work of Cade Allen.
