Florida YIMBY is reporting on the launch of sales at The Cade, a boutique mid-rise condominium developed by Backstreets Capital at 250 Mirror Lake Drive North in downtown St. Petersburg.
The seven-story building will house just 15 luxury residences, with pricing starting at $1.7 million. Floors two through five will feature 13 three-bedroom units ranging from approximately 2,169 to 2,302 square feet, while the sixth and seventh floors are reserved for two four-bedroom penthouses spanning roughly 3,420 square feet each.
Residences & Amenities
Units throughout the building will include freestanding soaking tubs, kitchen islands, and frameless glass shower enclosures. Buyers will also have the opportunity to customize their homes with custom-ordered cabinetry, countertops, and flooring selections. Building amenities include a second-story covered patio with plunge pool, a fitness center, and a reading nook, among other offerings.
About the Developer
The Cade is the latest project from Backstreets Capital, the St. Petersburg-based development firm also behind The Nolen and The Salvador condominiums in downtown St. Petersburg. Florida YIMBY originally covered the project in September 2024 when the St. Petersburg Development Review Commission granted approval.
