A historic two-story frame home, built in 1912 and recognized as a local historic landmark, was relocated from its original site at 136 Fourth Avenue NE to the Round Lake neighborhood at the corner of 8th Avenue N and Dartmoor Street. This move facilitates the construction of ‘The Nolen,’ an upscale 23-story residential tower in downtown St. Petersburg.
