Our History

Backstreets was founded in late 2014 as an investment vehicle for the Conroy and Sher families. What started as a part-time enterprise grew quickly, and multiple developments were added to the portfolio, such that it required the full attention of the founders. Will and Craig began adding staff in 2020, and as a result, the growth has continued. Backstreets was founded by family, with the premise that relationships – and people – always come first. Now, with the Company in its second decade, that premise is as true today as it was back then.

We take pride in delivering high-quality developments that are thoughtfully designed and meticulously executed.
