The Strum House, built in the 1920s, is a historic Mediterranean Revival-style residence in St. Petersburg. Originally owned by prominent local figures, it has long been an important part of the city’s history. As the heart of the Strum Place development, 9 townhomes have been built around this significant piece of local heritage. The Strum House is currently undergoing adaptive reuse, transforming the historic residence into an office building that will house a national veterinary operator. Backstreets is proud and excited to preserve the house’s historical character while revitalizing its life and purpose for modern use.
