Ellison Construction has announced the topping out of The Nolen, a 23-story luxury condominium tower located at 126 4th Avenue Northeast in downtown St. Petersburg. Developed by Tampa-based DDA Development and St. Pete-based Backstreets Capital, the project commenced in October 2022 and has now reached its full height of 288 feet, placing it among the ten tallest buildings in the city.
Project Highlights
- Residences: The Nolen comprises 31 exclusive residences, with over 80% already sold. Several half-floor units remain available, starting at $2.4 million.
- Design Features: The building boasts dramatic 21-foot arched windows in the grand lobby, a stone-clad entry façade, a private parking structure, and on-site concierge services.
- Amenities: Residents will enjoy an upscale terrace with a resort-style heated pool, sun shelf, spa, multiple fire pits, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and ‘The Salon,’ a private residential lounge.
- Retail Space: The ground floor includes 1,260 square feet of retail space; tenants have yet to be announced.
